What payment methods are accepted?
  • JoShe Style accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover online. 
What is your refund/exchange policy?
  • JoShe Style wants you to love your purchase and we stand behind our products 100 percent. If there is a product defect, JoShe Style will have the item replaced at no cost to you. If you suffer from buyer's remorse, you may return items to JoShe Style for exchange or JoShe Style credit within 7 days of receiving said item.
  • Please note that purchasers are responsible for returning items to JoShe Style at their own cost. All discounted or sale (bargain basement) items are final. Refund or credit to charge card will be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt of merchandise. If you have questions about the return or exchange policy of an item, please contact Customer Service.

How do I know if my order has been received?

  • Almost immediately after you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email with a UPS tracking number.

When will I receive my purchase?

  • JoShe Style ships out items within five business days, if the item is in stock.  If there is a delay, you will be alerted at time of purchase.  Backordered or Advanced Sale items will be shipped directly to you once they are in stock. You will be notified of the status of your backordered item via e-mail. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped.

 Do you ship outside of USA?

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.
Shipping fees:
  • We use UPS to ship all of our products. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.  Orders are shipped Monday - Friday.  Shipping charges shown are an estimate of total costs, and include handling fees. Actual charges may differ based upon weight of items and distance from our Chicago location.  If your actual shipping costs differ greatly from estimated charge you will be informed of new total via email confirmation.  Additional shipping charges may apply for orders with multiple items. On the day you receive your tracking number for UPS please wait until after 6pm CST to track your package. If you try and track it before this time, UPS may not have checked in your package and will not have your tracking number on file.
